I began renting a small studio at the Hillcrest Centre over a year ago now, initially to make my dolls and textiles, which I have exhibited at local galleries and Open Houses. However, I am now studying for an MA in Children’s Book Illustration, and use my studio to do my course work in peace!

As well as being convenient, working at the studio gives me a sense of being part of a burgeoning artists’ community. Also the food in the cafe is beyond compare!
